The Residence at Morgan Heights offers Assisted Living and long-term Residential Care (24 hour nursing). We are located beside a park and close to all amenities in the popular Morgan Heights neighbourhood.

This beautifully decorated and spacious senior care community features 40 one and two bedroom assisted living suites and eight neighborhoods of Residential Care on two floors. We have numerous patios, inviting lounges and a Bistro where you can visit with your loved one.

Our Nurses and Care Aides are compassionate and supportive through all levels of care needs. Personalized care plans are prepared for every resident and updated as needed to support independence.

We also offer the option of paying privately or working with Fraser Health for funding assistance.
