Adam is a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner and co-owner of the two NexGen Hearing clinics in South Surrey and White Rock.
Adam was drawn to NexGen Hearing by the company’s core values of integrity, customer care and renowned service. Coming from a background of work in the hospitality industry, Adam managed a boutique hotel in Hollywood, California from 2001 to 2015 where he learned that an emphasis on customer service is paramount for a business to thrive in today's marketplace. In 2015, Adam returned to Canada where he graduated from MacEwan University`s Hearing Aid Practitioner Program and began his journey into the healthcare sector. Since coming back to BC, he has worked in various roles in several NexGen Hearing clinics as a customer care representative, appointment centre manager, and audiometric technician. After two years of providing audiometric support for otolaryngology surgeons in Surrey and Abbotsford, Adam is now excited to be practicing in his own clinical setting where he can assist clients through aural rehabilitation programs.
Together with his wife, Adam settled into the Semiahmoo peninsula as a resident and co-owner of the NexGen Hearing White Rock/South Surrey branches where he remarks, "I am thrilled to be working in the peninsula where I live, and I look forward to improving your communication through better hearing".
Adam volunteers in the community, and in 2020 he accepted a role on the board of directors for Seniors Come Share Society where he is pleased to be giving back to seniors in his neighbourhood.
